EMP is a hip-hop unit personally produced by ZEROBASEONE’s SEOK MATTHEW and PARK GUN WOOK. The unit’s name, EMP, stands for “Electro Magnetic Pulse,” reflecting their commitment to creating a space where only their music exists, just as an EMP blast instantly wipes out all surrounding sound. At the same time, the name also stands for “Extra MTT (MATTHEW) and PGW (PARK GUN WOOK),” with “Extra” capturing both the musical world they directly produce and the meaning of going beyond the ordinary within it.
